Person Schema 

The Person Schema is a structured data type that helps search engines understand and display information about an individual in a rich and meaningful way. By using Person Schema Markup, you can provide details such as the person’s name, job title, and more.

With SureRank, adding Person Schema to your website is seamless, allowing you to enhance your content’s visibility in search results. This can improve your chances of appearing in Google’s Knowledge Graph, rich snippets, and other enhanced search experiences.

Creating a Person Schema

  1. Click on the Add Schema button.
  2. A popup will appear. From the dropdown menu, select Person Schema.
  3. Click on the Add Schema button to create the Person Schema.
  4. Once created, the Person Schema configuration page will appear, containing two tabs:
    • Properties
    • Display Conditions

Properties Tab

The Properties tab contains a list of fields for rich results. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Schema TitleEnter a title for the schema
Name*Enter the author’s full name
URLEnter the author’s URL
Given NameEnter the author’s first name
Family NameEnter the author’s last name
BrandEnter the associated brand (if applicable)
Main Entity of PageDefine the primary entity for this schema
DescriptionAdd a short description of the author
ImageUpload the author’s image
Same AsProvide reference URLs for the author

Display Conditions Tab

  1. Display On: Select where you want the Person Schema to appear (Required field).
  2. Do Not Display On: Define where the schema should not be applied.
