Hey everyone
SureRank Pro v1.9.0 adds new automation foundations, better migration support, AI help for image SEO, and more control over HTML sitemap output. It also includes focused fixes for breadcrumbs, licensing, and MCP workflows.
Let’s get into it.
What’s new
Control SureRank Pro through the Abilities API
SureRank Pro now includes its own Abilities API layer, so connected tools and AI workflows can work with Pro features more directly.
Migrate Pro SEO data from The SEO Framework
If you are moving from The SEO Framework, SureRank Pro can now bring across supported Pro-level SEO data during migration.
Fix image alt text with AI
The new AI “Fix It For Me” grid helps you review and improve image alt text faster, especially on image-heavy sites.
Exclude selected content from the HTML sitemap
You can now use exclusion attributes and a filter to keep selected content out of the HTML sitemap. This is useful when you want a cleaner sitemap for visitors and clients.
Set typed Area Served data for LocalBusiness schema
LocalBusiness schema now supports typed Area Served values, giving local SEO setups more accurate structured data.
Improvements
- Bulk content generation is now available to everyone: This workflow has moved to the free plugin, so more users can access it.
- Licensing guidance is clearer: Fix It For Me now shows the activate-license screen when the auth token is missing.
- TagDiv Composer support is better: Link-suggestion embeddings now work with TagDiv Composer content.
Fixes
- Breadcrumbs now keep the ancestor category on posts using Divi 5. Fixed.
- The Instant Indexing settings screen is cleaner after removing a duplicate “Automatic Indexing” heading. Gone.
- No-input MCP abilities now expose the correct properties schema. Fixed.
